Novo Homes was established in 1994 and has built a solid reputation for quality construction that is in sympathy with its surroundings.
We recognise the importance of preserving our green and pleasant land. That is why we have chosen to develop expertise in building on brownfield sites and re-using existing resources.
By renewing disused structures such as mills, which are often buildings of great character set in attractive locations, we aim to assist in the regeneration of local communities.
Each of our ventures begins with a passion for building communities that respond
to the way people want to live, they are unique expressions of their people,
place & surroundings.
We explore the distinctive attributes of the land and the historical legacy of
the region. Those elements then shape the planning philosophy and design
character of each community to ensure its authenticity and regional
appropriateness.
With our roots firmly in Yorkshire, our aim is to offer a high-quality
build while being faithful to our environmental goals.

Wales Wales and Rawson are a multi-award winning Skipton practice who have been operating from the Gatehouse of Skipton Castle for 50 years with pre-decessors going back to the 19th Century.
Belle Vue Mills represents our largest scheme to date for Novo Homes with whom we have enjoyed a 10 year creative partnership converting and re-developing former mills in the villages around Skipton as well as in Bradford and Leeds.
